He Loves Firetrucks

Anybody who knows Connor will tell you that ever since he has heard the roar of the sirens, he loves his Firetrucks. Who could not love this cute face?

First Day Back at School

Lots of nervous excitement in our house this morning. First Day Back to School. Anja is entering 4th grade and off to middle school (wow) and Isabel into 2nd but same school. Connor returns to his Montessori preschool next week. Wish them luck for a great year.

Happy 7th Birthday Isabel

We had another great birthday celebration today. Isabel will turn seven on Monday. Happy Birthday sweetheart, Mummy and Daddy loves you so very much.

We had the usual spread of great food, which Lynne did a fantastic job on. We had cake, which Anne made to perfection (thank you so very much), and of course Isabel was dressed in the very finest from Ireland, courtesy of Granny Owens (thanks Mum).

Many thanks to all who came and made it such a special day for Isabel. Special mention goes out to Addy for being able to make it, one of Isabel’s best friends who recently moved to California, and current frequent pen pal, but was in town to celebrate her Mum’s graduation.
